How do you ship you ship your orders?
Regent Products uses many trucking companies in addition to UPS. We do not ship via FEDEX or DHL

Do you offer “Free Freight?"
No, we do not offer free freight. All merchandise ships from our warehouse F.O.B. River Grove, Illinois. It’s the customers responsibility to pay for all freight. We have accounts with many competitive trucking companies and will always strive to get you the best shipping rate.

How much is my freight going to cost?
Depending on the size, weight and where it’s shipping will determine how much the freight will cost. All freight is paid by the customer and will be quoted F.O.B. our warehouse located in River Grove, Illinois 60171 near Chicago. We will get several quotes for you and notify you of the charges before shipping your order.

How long does it take to ship an order?
Depends on the season. Typically an order can be pulled and shipped within 3 to 5 working days. But during our busier shipping season (August thru November) it could take 10 to 14 days. It’s best to contact your salesperson or customer service to find out current shipping time frames.

Can I purchase your products for personal use?
Sorry, but we cannot sell any of our products direct to Consumers. We are not open to the public and only sell wholesale to businesses, retail stores, distributors, wholesale company’s and charitable organizations.  You must have a State Sales Tax I.D. number or an Exempt Sales Tax I.D. to purchase from us.  If you want to purchase our products through a consumer website, we suggest the following companies: Dollar Days  or  Dollar Item Direct

What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is $1500.00 If you have questions about placing a smaller order contact us at 1-800-583-1002.

Do you have catalogs?

No, we no longer produce any product catalogs. Our website is the best resource to view our entire line showing "LIVE." inventory totals. Make sure you look at closeouts as we are always adding new items. Our website is updated every 24 hours. 

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept All Major Credit cards, ACH Bank Wire Transfers and Company Checks If a check is used for payment we will not release an order until the check clears. (Checks require a minimum (7) business days to clear)

How do I know what my prices will be?
Prices shown do not reflect any discounts (if any) or special chain store, group buying pricing or discounted specials. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Contact a salesperson for more information

How do I create an account? I want to log-in to your website
You can view all of our product without creating an account. To place an order, you must create an on-line account. After you create your account, we will send a link to the email address you provided so we can VALIDATE your account. You MUST click on the link to VALIDATE prior to placing an order otherwise you cannot place an order. Return to the website, click on Customer log-in at the top of the home page. Select Option #1 and login with your email address and the password you used to create your account. If you need any assisitance call us during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Central Time) for assistance.

Does Regent Products Corp, "Guarantee Sales" on its merchandise or accept returns if items have not sold?
Regent Products Corp. does not "Guarantee" the sale of any of its products. It is the sole responsibility of each customer to sell the merchandise they have bought from us. We do not offer credits, returns or discounts towards future purchases if merchandise that was bought from us has not sold.

I received my order but have shortages/damages “What do I do”?
All claims must be documented in writing along with photos showing the item number and piece count. 

Regent Products Corp. must be notified in writing within (72) hours along with photos of any visible damages after receipt of order. We require a detailed list of any discrepancies. Regent Products Corp. will at its discretion reserve the right to not honor a claim if proper information is not submitted. All returned orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Do you have a showroom? How can I see your product?
We welcome walk-in orders. Our corporate offices, warehouse and showroom are located only 10 minutes from Chicago’s O’Hare Airport in River Grove, Illinois. We are open Monday through Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm and closed most major holidays. Appointments are not necessary but we recommend that you call in advance.

Customers placing and picking up orders the same day must allow us a reasonable amount of time to do so depending on the size of your order. All walk-in orders should be placed no later than 3:00pm to pick up the same day. There could be times when you can't pick-up your order the same day.  This will vary depending on our workload in the warehouse.
